Cancellation Policy

If you communicate with Santa Claus Cyril 24 hours in advance about the need to reschedule we will do our best to find a time to change your reservation to a better suited time. Failure to communicate absence prior to a reserved session excludes you from the opportunity to get a refund. Rescheduling will be attempted but not promised. Cancellations made 48 prior to your reserved sessions will be eligible for a partial or full refund determined on a case by case basis, most cancellations will be subject to a $5.00 service fee.
